Continental Townhouse East Unit-1 has 221 units. Units range in size with 2 to 3 bedrooms. Each unit is assigned 1 covered and 1 un-covered parking space. The property was built by two contractors in two phases in the early 1970s.

About our association

HOA

Continental Townhouse East Unit-1 has a Homeowners Association. The Homeowner's Association is governed by the communities CC&R's and By-Laws. The HOA has a 7 member Board of Directors made up of homeowners. The HOA board hires a management company to oversee the day to day operation of the property and to collect the monthly association dues.

HOA meetings are held monthly on the property. All residents are encouraged to attend these meetings. Currently the HOA meetings are held every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7PM at the communitie's EAST POOL.
