We've had a lot of dirt bikes, ATVs and other off-road vehicles in our neighborhood this past summer. I've spoke to one of the newer neighbors to let them know that the off-road vehicles were not allowed on our streets. This spring, I had an ATV almost run into the front of my car. Recently, there was an adult and 2 small children riding up and down the street (no helmets either). What can we do to enforce the law about the off-road vehicles on our roads? Also the noise is a big issue for the few that ride on their property. Is there a time limit when the noise must be ceased?
Any suggestion or help with this problem?
