Our Concord Village Community

Concord Village is a self-managed, private community made up of 77 homes. We are located just North of Baseline Rd. at 1822 S. 39th Street in Mesa, Arizona.

We are located just east of the ever popular, upscale Dana Park shopping center (www.danapark.com) and a short distance from the new technologically advanced Gateway Banner Medical Center. Additionally, Concord Village is surrounded by top grocery stores with easy access to the Superstition freeway.

About our association

Concord Village HOA

The Concord Village Homeowner's Association Board was created by the declaration or the CC & R's of the community. The Association is a non-profit corporation of which all property owners are members.

Our Association has many functions and purposes, but it's main goal is the protection and enhancement of the value of the community as a whole as well as the retention and improvement in market value of each individual property.

Association Responsiblities

Responsibilities of the Association include:
Collection of HOA fees, Architectural Control, Violation Enforcement, Assessments, Annual Meetings/Community Gatherings, Management Services.
