April Meeting Minutes - 4/22/03

May 11, 2003

The April meeting was called to order at 12:10pm by President Mark Hayden.

Secretary Naomi Garcia was not present to read the minutes of the February meeting.

Treasurer Ray Kidd reported that the Association was solvent.

Ray Kidd moved that $200 be donated to a member who recently had a serious career-ending medical situation. The motion carried unaminously.

The President opened nominations for the 2003-2004 CEC Association officers. No nominations were forthcoming at the meeting. The President stated he would contact all of the due paid members in writing in this regard.

The final meeting of the Association will be May 13, at which time officers will need to be voted on for the 2003-2004 Association.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:50 pm.
