Columbine Townhouses Three Association

Is anyone else having trouble with the management office? They seem to not want to deposit the association dues on time! Then months later, try to charge you a late fee. Leaves much to be desired with their management and records. Keep a close watch on your records.

I have been getting that for years. doesnt matter if you keep good records you are responcible for the associations court cost whether you win your case or not. Ive tried to send my payments certified they got it on the 7th I got a letter from their attorney on the 10th demanding payment, he gave me credit for the payment but said i still owed 75.00 for the attorney fees. I fought it and after about 8 months they took control of my unit and i ended up settling for $5000.00. my HOA disclosure about 2 inches thick detailing the dirty deeds they pulled on me... so its been on the market for years and no agent will show it.
