It is winter once again. And if the snow ever catches up with the temperature you will want to make sure you know where to park in a snow emergency. When a snow emergency is declared you cannot park on parkways until the third day. You may not park on snow emergency routes (indicated by blue street name signs) until they have been fully plowed and then thereafter they are parkable. On the second day, you are not allowed on the even side and then on the third day you are not allowed on the odd side of non emergency routes.
