I live along Vindicator where the fences blow down. Has there been any discussion as far as allowing chain link fences between the houses.

Fences to be reinforced

Kevin,
The Board is working on getting the fence sections fixed as soon as possible. Each time we repair a section, we make sure that the fence is framed properly (the fence left to us by the developer was not built with a solid frame) So, little by little, the fence is getting stronger. I don't think that using chain link fences is within covenants, but we can check with Roger McFarland to make sure.

Chain Link Fences Not Allowed

Kevin, I double checked with Roger McFarland, the head of our Architectural Control Committee, and he indicated that chain linked fences are prohibited by the Southface convenants.
