We just got word today that Memorial Hospital will not be presenting their plan to the Board of Trustees tomorrow morning. Also the workgroup meetin /n Nov 23rd was cancelled. Therefore, the City Council will not be approving the Memorial Hospital Plans on Dec 8th.
