I was told by a real estate agent that it would cost less than $10 per month in tax increases to have all of Ponderosa Hills paved but that there is opposition from some neighbors. I personally would love not to deal with the mud & dust. Anyone else have an opinion?

Ponderosa Hills is a unique rural community. Dirt roads are a part of keeping that rural feel. If you want paved roads in your neighborhood, move to Aurora. That is my opinion.
