Colonial Gardens Residents,
As many of you are aware, the Association has been pursuing actions with Baltimore County Zoning and Code Enforcement in regards to the tar paper shed that has been half-built at the corner of Rockwell and Lee. We have had to follow due process and it's taken us since August of last year to get to this point. A hearing has finally been scheduled for April 8th, at 11:00am at the Towson Courthouse. We need your help. If this structure offends you, please consider helping our cause by attending this hearing and voicing your opinion. If you want this structure removed we will need to unite as a community and let Zoning and Code Enforcement hear our voice. Although we will be there, the more people who show up to protest the structure the greater our chance of success. If you are absolutely positively unable to attend, may we kindly request a statement of your viewpoint/opinion. You may drop it off at any officers house if you wish to avoid postage.
