I am pretty sure the loud music is coming from across the street from the two cars that never move. Are you talking about a small white car and an old truck?

I was actually talking about both, but I have noticed that the house on Hopewell @ Helene has moved their cars. However, the one across the street with the white car and truck with green tarp is still there. I have complained to the Code Enforcement about 6 times and to Lynn Strickland with the CANA. Both of these vehicles also have DeSoto County tags!!! What's up with that????
