If we have a problem with the garbage pick-up or with them making a mess please call the city @ 630 - CITY(2489). If we call this number instead of BFI directly then the city has a record of our complaints and can follow up. If we just call BFI then the City has nothing to go by if there is a consistant problem or if fines need to be assessed.
