College Glen Neighborhood Association

my grandson was visiting yesterday, 5 years old, and wanted to ride his bike at TJ school yard.............. they have put up a new gate and we had no access to the yard.   the only people it bars are law abiding ones.  other vandals etc can jump the fence or cut the lock.   I have always looked out for the property since I live near by  but......../   We either need access to this green area or need the city to give us a closer park..........
