Meeting Minutes
04/08/2009
I. Call to order
Seth LaRiviere called to order the regular meeting of the Cobblestone HOA at 7:00 PM on 04/08/2009 in Renton, WA.
II. Roll call
Kurt Nold conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Kurt Nold, Joann Brady, and Seth LaRiviere
III. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Seth LaRiviere read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as read.
IV. Open issues
a) Landscaping and litter clean up by the landscapers is still not acceptable. A meeting has been scheduled with the present landscape contractors?’ manager to discuss the deficiencies.
b) Bids are being accepted for landscape maintenance and to increase the litter pickup and overall care of landscaping.
c) Unacceptable noise and disruption from 2 rented homes has caused several Homeowners to place calls to the Renton Police Department for assistance. We have notified the owners of the rented homes and also asked the Renton Police to send letters to the Homeowners.
d) A list of non-compliance satellite dishes has been compiled and a letter drafted to be sent to the effected homes requesting the relocation of the dishes to appropriate locations.
V. New business
a) A home owner asked permission to install a small deck off their back door. Plans need to be submitted and pre-approval from the City of Renton needs to be shown before approval/ denial can be issued.
b) Our social committee is organizing a community garage sale in May.
c) The entrance to the neighborhood needs to be cleaned up/ beatified, as well as the other common areas.
d) Stair railing and deck cleaning/ staining needs to be started in June, weather permitting.


VI. Adjournment
Joann Brady adjourned the meeting at 8:40.
