Fence choice 2:
Remove from around clubhouse ground, replace with new around back of clubhouse. Cost approx. $3000
Fence around the pool remains unchanged with both choices.

Current finances will not pay for the fence repair/replacement. Please begin to prepare now for an assessment and or dues increase effective early in 2012. Access to the pool will be restricted to those who have made their payments by next May, 2012.
