I see signs and this site but where is the actual organization? i have been planinng to start the meeting for a association and had very little success in the past. So you mean to tell me that there was an association active on my block without my participation.
And if this is something that was left from past events lets activate the old charter and get thing moving toward safety and beautification in our block
