i was walking down woodgreen ct last week. the first house on the right going towards the park is dumping something (maybe clhorine)from his pool into the street ,it is running in front of all the homes and right in to the creek. i noticed many dead or dying fish near the run off. i think this is another illegal activity and should be reported but to whom.

The county complain number would be another place to start: 302-359-5555.

If I find out any definitive info I will post it here.

thanks ,dumping chemicals in a stream is illegal. however all the evidence washed away.
