The complaint was lodged in two parts on this property. Complaint 1 was possible unregistered vehicles (because this should be the easiest to prove). The second part was the possibility of a business being run out of the property. In a vague way I worded the complaint so it would be clear that we believe the property is vacant as well (other than the car repair activity).
