Dues?

I can only be responsible for the dues that my wife and I owe and pay, not for other homeowners in the neighborhood. We think that this should definitely be addressed in the next meeting, since the people that are paying their dues are not getting the service that they deserve, or even a phone call back when they have a concern? We look forward to seeing you at the next meeting and discussing our concerns. In the meantime could you please get more salt onto the streets in an effort to make our development safe?

Meeting, volunteer, accident loc

Sadly, I will be out of the country on 2-27 away on vacation otherwise my wife and I did want to attend the meeting.

As for volunteering, last year when we got notice that the assoc. was possibly folding for various reasons, my wife and I called and left a message indicating that we might be interested in helping and volunteering, but got no reply.

The location of my wife's accident was at the intersection of Glenn Rock and Compass.

The location of my near misses are at the intersection of S Avon and Shelley.

Contractor didn't salt Honeywell

Honeywell Dr. has not once been salted.

I have seen the contractor drive by, but no salt ever dropped except once et the curve where Honeywell ends and turns into another street.

In fact, in front of my house right now is a full sheet of ice that runs for about 6-8 houses and covers the whole road.

i too have called to volunteer and to make suggestions to help with the plowing problem,and no one returned any of my calls either. maybe we are not in the click. this group has Zero credibility . maybe they can write in the news letter why only some people can get a return call and others do not.i have lived in RG since 1964 and with the exception of Carol and Jinni this is by far the worst group of officers i have ever seen.
