Please observe One-Way, Speed Limit, and Children Playing signs at all times.

Please observe the One-Way, 10 MPH speed limit signs, and Children Playing signs at all times.  There is also a restriction to the number of cars that can be parked on the streets.  Do not park your cars on the sidewalks or the left side of the street.  We know parking can be a problem as the streets were not designed for multiple cars to be parked on the street.  Due to the number of residents with serious illnesses, and emergency and transportation vehicles coming in to pick up residents in over-sized vehicles, it makes it difficult to manuever down the street.  We ask that if you must park on the street to park on the right side.  There is a two car limit per household on the street all others must park on Burbank.  Effective immediately if any one has been given a verbal warning for parking the next step will be to have the vehicle towed at the owner's expense.
