Yesterday I paid a visit to 5919 La Crosse, Suite 100 & 200 with my camera. I took pictures of each piece of equipment and copied down the model numbers and serial numbers. I wanted to investigate why this kind of cheap, old equipment could cost us several thousand dollars a year of lease.

I was not welcome to Susan Hoover and Denise Norstrom. Susan asked me to leave and I asked Susan to call the police instead. Denise told me that those equipment did not belong to CCHOA; she said that they were Full Circle Management's equipment. Denise also said that Full Circle Management paid rent for the office. Since there was no rental income indicated on our CCHOA's Income & Expenses Statements, I believe that the rent must have been paid to the Developer.

Full Circle Management, LLC is a company either owned by the Developer or by the Board member. If CCHOA does not own an office and those equipment do not belong to us as Denise said so, why there was an ''Office Equipment Lease & Supplies Expenses'' for all these years?

2002 - $6,015
2001 - $7,954
2000 - $7,143
1999 - $7,835

CONCLUSION:
Circle C Homeowners have been paying office equipment lease & supplies for the Developer's office for all these years. Those equipment are probably being used at 1111 West 11th Street, Austin, TX 78703.

Cheap & Old Office Equipment

May 29, 2003

Those office equipment and two bookshelves probably worth around $1,000 the most; they are old and dirty. The Goodwill probably would sell something better.

Computer Monitor - ARCUS
Computer - hp Pavilion 4540 (Serial #US9284068B)
Printer - hpdeskjet 920C

A small, white color microwave worths $60 the most.

Bradley Team = current CCHOA

May 29, 2003
Lisa,

I have not always agreed with your tone or information in the past, but I believe your information is getting better by the week.

Your investigation is on target and very interesting. We do know for a fact (Travis County tax records) that the CCHOA owns these buildings and these suites.

We do know the Bradley Team runs the businesses that are housed in our CCHOA suites as well as ''protects'' this unethical behavior. In the 2 suites are Full Circle Management & Circle C Landscaping.

The Bradley Team:
*Gary Bradley
*Steve Bartlett (BOD)
*Ken Rigsbee (BOD)
*Jim O'Reilly (BOD)
*Susan Hoover (given all HOA contracts)
*Denise Nordstrom
*Donald Abrams
*Andi Rouch

Fair market value of these spaces need to be paid to our CCHOA. How many backasswards deals are there here in Circle C. I am shocked that the more we look, the more we find.

In a letter to the CCHOA BOD a couple of months ago I asked if Full Circle Management & Circle C Landscaping pays us for the 2 suites we own. The BOD answered some of my questions, but NOT THAT QUESTION (and not many others).

I also said in the past that I had seen the ''equipment'' in the suites we own many times and that what I saw hardly came close to the tens of thousands of dollars someone claims as deductions.

Jim O'Reilly & Ken Rigsbee tell us how our dues cost pennies a day for each itemized line in our Annual Report. Nice one guys.

No wonder they always kept the control and information of the HOA from the homeowners. Thay had to, or us residents would find out all the ways we have been ''had''.

The 3 kings (BOD: Steve Bartlett (Bradley partner - not a resident), Ken Rigsbee, Jim O'Reilly should be ashamed of themselves and RESIGN today.
