Both Denise Nordstrom and Susan Hoover have the CCHOA Management Company contract. Susan Hoover also has the CCHOA Landscape contract. Susan Hoover also has the CCHOA Review & Inspection services contract.

Susan Hoover is a past CCHOA board member and does not have landscape experience. She has an Art education background. She is not an Archetect, but still has the contract for Review & Inspection services and keeps 85% of the money she takes in on behalf of the CCHOA. She is also part owner of Full Circle Management and has no prior management company experience.

All these services make up about 1/2 of our 1.3 million dollar budget.
