How can a BOD of the CCHOA give himself a 10 year contract for the 5919 LaCrosse property (Phoenix Holdings/Steve Bartlett as registered agent) for only $100.00 a month with ALL utilities included? That's less than the taxes that we pay on the property.

Steve Bartlett's company charges Circle C Landscape and Full Circle Management for rent and keeps the money.

This is self dealing.

2002: CCHOA funds paid for 5919 La Crosse
Taxes - $1,263
Phone - $1,623.75 ($135.31 x 12)
Water Bill - $6,233.00 (includes pool)
Electricity - $22,263.00 (includes pool)
TOTAL paid by members: $2,886.75 PLUS electric & water. AND WE DON'T GET TO CHARGE CC Landscape and Full Circle Management.

2002: what Bartlett paid CCHOA for 5919 La Crosse (a 10 year contract)
TOTAL paid to us by Bartlett: $1,200.00 AND he gets to keep what ever he charges Circle C Landscape and Full Circle Management.
