The trash littering at the bus stops at Four Corners is getting worse. Especially at the Shell Station where the free papers are given away. The bus patrons read the papers then throw it on the ground even with an empty trash can there.
I asked the paper distibutors to remove the paper stands, they refuse to discuss it.

this disgrace can not continue. I want to remove the newstands and want some help. Lets take back our nieghborhood. My current citizens association answer was to was to call the County to clean up the bus stop more frequently, that costs ALL OF US more money, and the county can not be there 24 hours a day.
LetS ditch the paper stands, and if they return do it again and again. The bus stops were not always like this, its the free news papers that contribute to the problem. [Actually its the litterbugs that do it but there is no hope they will change].
