CLNA Board of Directors

CLNA Board of Directors

Our goal is to be a Neighborhood Association for the residents of Chestnut Lake. All of us can contribute something to our Neighborhood Association and there are Board positions for any area of interest or experience. Please consider a position on the Board of Directors. It only takes a little bit of time to accomplish big things for our neighborhood.

Elections to the Board of Directors is conducted during the Neighborhood Association meeting held in June. Elected positions are for the term of one year beginning on July 1st through June 30th. Board of Directors may not receive compensation for services rendered to the Association. However, a Director may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of assigned duties.
