Chesapeake Meadow

Found a tan and white male dog wondering around in my garage at about 12:30 this afternoon. He is wearing a royal blue harness. There were no identification tags on him. He was cold and wet so I brought him in my house to feed him and keep him warm and safe. I am keeping him in my home until I find his owners.
