1 Complete Cherry Creek East Neighborhood checklist (see page 33 of CCE Design Guidelines)
2 Site plan and parking plan, if applicable
3 Exterior elevations (4 sides)
4 Statement of relationship to surrounding properties
5 Ample supply of reduced drawings (8 1/2" x 11") for handout at meeting

FINAL APPROVAL / SUBMITTAL

1. Revised and / or amended Cherry Creek East Neighborhood checklist (see page 33 of CCE Design Guidelines
2. Revised and / or amended site plan
3. Revised and / or amended exterior elevations
4. Sample board of exterior color treatments (ie roof samples, stucco, siding, brick, stone, paint colors)
5. Ample supply of reduced drawings (8 1/2" x 11") for handout at meeting
