Hot Summer = Overcrowded Pool

Posted in: Woodlands by Pulte
Received my CCM memo about pool usage. Lifeguards will have a difficult time distinguishing guest from homeowners. How about assigning homeowners special bracelets? Those without bracelets get booted? With the increase in homeowners, overcrowding is assured this summer. I have no problem restricting those who haven't paid annual dues.

i agree

i totally agree as most of our neighbors do as well. this am we picked up 15 ''glass '' beer bottles as well. do you think we need to contact ccm for this?
chaotic pool

with residents and just as many nonresidents coming to the pool and inexperienced and insufficient # of lifeguards, the pool scene has become unsafe and chaotic. danreed@sapm.net is the regional director of cherokee co. swim atlanta. if we all email him and express our concerns maybe stricter enforcement of admission will be done. right now with broken and wide open gates it is a free for all!
Good First Step?

Hiring a security staff is a step in the right direction, but not enough.
Although it's still early, my initial thoughts are this will prove ineffective, unless the security team is more involved with checking people in/out of the pool facility. Anyone know the annual cost of the security service?
