Elections for President and Secretary - Nov 18th
Official notice that the elections for President and Secretary for Cheatom Park will be held at our November - annual meeting which will be November 18, 2009. The meeting time is 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. You will need to ensure that your membership dues are up-to-date in order to participate in the election. The dues for individuals are $12.00 per year. If you are interested in running for either of these positions, please let me know and I will be happy to distribute this information to our neighbors. We are always seeking individuals that are willing to serve. Terms are for (3) years.
Our next neighborhood meeting will be Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. Debra Carr will actually be out of town next week and will not be facilitating this meeting; however, one of the other officers will manage this during her absence. If you have any items for an agenda, please send them no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday to distribute an agenda to everyone.
NO MEETING IN DECEMBER. Just wanted to remind everyone that in the past, August and December have been (2) months where we did not have meetings; however, under new leadership that could potentially change.
