Why Chatham

Chatham is located at intersections of Foulk and Silverside Roads in Wilmington, Delaware (19803).

With close to 250 homes, Chatham is one of the larger neighborhoods in North Wilmington. Magness Construction began building various models on spacious lots in 1959 and completed the project in 1962. Since then, thousands of people have called Chatham home and enjoyed the quiet suburban setting it provides.

Located at Talley Day Park on Foulk Road, a new 40,000 square foot public library will be within walking distance of Chatham.
