Replacement Windows

As a reminder, any plans for replacing some or all windows in a Charterwood home first requires Architectural Control Committee review and approval via submittal of a Design Review Request (DRR). This is required under the Declaration of Covenants for all exterior improvements.

As noted in a recent Management Company article, required ACC approval of exterior improvements is not to infringe on your freedom of choice but to ensure that all choices are in harmony with the overall appearance of the community. An attractive, harmonious community will be a desirable place to live and will prove to be a better investment over time versus one that does not enforce architectural control. All DRR?’s should be sent to Management Specialists at 5554 So. Prince Street, Suite 201, Littleton, CO 80120 to start the review process.
