are you all aware of the tremendous Federal Tax Credits and Rebates from Black Hills Energy for Home Owners that are interested in Grid-tied Solar Energy?  Here in Pueblo West as a home-owner we can install PV systems, and let the Fed and Black Hills pay for up to 70% of the upfront costs, save on our monthly bills and have the entire system paid for in as little as three years.  I am moving forward with this Green technology and encourage others in our community to do the same.  I have done a ton of research so please let me know if you have questions....
