Cedars East

Hello there. I'm the Website Co-ordinator (and former vice-president) of the Easthaven Neighborhood Association-which is several blocks to the East of your neighborhood. Easthaven's boundaries are between East Harris Blvd. , Idlewild Rd. , Dawnwood Dr.and the woods to the north of Maple Knoll Dr.. For some time I have been interested in fostering cooperation between the neighborhoods in the 28212 zio code, particularly in the ones between Independence, Idlewild, East Harris, Sharon Amity N. and Albemarle Roads. While we don't quite have the crime problems that you folks seem to near Independence(we're further from the section 8 apartment complexes) we are still very concerned about what has been happening to East Charlotte in the last few years.
