I’ve been looking through the Moravian Point HOA documents on the Neighborhood Link site — pretty cool resource, even though I only stumbled across it by accident. It got me thinking: it would be awesome if the Board shared more updates with everyone, not just the HOA dues notices. Little things like neighborhood news or reminders would really help keep us all connected.

Also, maybe we could reach out to the community about the 15 Mile entrance. Someone might be willing to help out, or maybe a neighbor knows a great company to recommend. Could be a fun way to get people involved and keep our entrance looking sharp.
