If anyone has the address signs painted on their curbs, has anyone else noticed that one of their house numbers has been whited out with white spray paint? I got a notice on my garage about painting my house number on the curb yesterday, which we already did last time they came through, and now we've noticed that someone has spray painted one of our numbers to remove it.  Does anyone know who this organization is that does the curb paintings? I'd like to log a complaint as I'm pretty sure they did it to create bussiness. Thanks!

I also saw that "notice" attached to our house.  The document looked very official as though it was from the city or such, but perusal shows the document asks your permission to paint on the curb.  This is not sanctioned by the HOA, I would believe, nor the city.  This is a private business.  I will try to keep an eye out tomorrow to see if there is any "extra painting" going on.

No it's a company of some sort.  We don't have a "city" we're county land and it's not the county, no it is not endorsed by the HOA.  This comepany has come around every year for the past 4-5 years and their flier is the same each year.  It's a private company but I've never seen them so not sure who they are unfortunately.
