We have had a rash of illegally parked vehicles in the neighborhood recently and would like to point out that the covenants specifically prohibit vehicles being parked on a lawn or in the street.
We sent every homeowner in Caroline Cove the updated covenant amendment which states this and we allowed a one-year transition period before starting enforcement on this issue. If you will consult your copy you will see that they specifically state that all vehicles must be parked in your driveway or garage while in the neighborhood. So if your garage is too full, maybe it?’s time to clean it out so your vehicle can fit. Also, if you are going to have guests staying at your house or you have a situation that will require you to park your vehicle in the street temporarily (moving, maintenance, delivery, etc.) please call our 24-hour phone number (683-9352) and let us know so we can flag your account so that if we receive a complaint, we can respond appropriately and we have a record of your call.
