About Us

Ft. Caroline Cove is located on Ft. Caroline Road just past the intersection of McCormack. It's approximately 3/4 of a mile past the post office on the right.

With approximately 150 homes, it's a sleepy little neighborhood where neighbors truly care about their community. The first homes were built in 1986 and the last home is just now being constructed.

Who we are...

Caroline Cove Owners Association Incorporated is a Florida not-for-profit corporation formed in 1994 to manage the common areas and covenants of Ft. Caroline Cove. It has annual elections in December of each year and annual assessments are currently $115.00 due on January 2, 2010.
