I have a neighbor whose boat has been in their driveway for over 2weeks, has there been a change in the covenant

Regarding a boat in the street or driveway for a long period of time, there is no change in the documents but have you contacted the Board or the Covenants Committee Chair to report this violation? It takes everyone in the community to be alert and report these types of issues before something can be done. The Board depends on the members to report things so please give the street address of the boat next time so it can be checked out.

Let me guess? The Park at Greenshire? Not only boats but cars on both sides of the street every day. Now even one that doesn't run and has been on the street for at least a week.
