Rip rap information - keep your property line from erosion
The Board has been informed by an engineering company that the Association is not responsible for the maintenance of the rip-rap around the pond. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to maintain the bank of their property to prevent erosion into the pond.
Several homeowners have employed Rock Works—Chris Raker (317.690.9560) to rebuild the retaining wall of rock. Here are some pictures to indicate the before and after appearance.
