Wouldn't it be wonderful if there was a way to have a complete sidewalk (at least on one side of a street)in our neighborhoods?? I just wonder if the city have grants or something that the neighborhoods can apply for.. Just a thought.

There are grants, but I think we have to be an official 'non-profit' or similar entity to apply for them. I agree, I know a neighborhood next to Fairmont recently had the city come thru and tell the residents to fix their sidewalks, the city had assistance for low-income residents. I'd like to see not only complete sidewalks, but repairs completed on some of them, too.
