Minutes for September 10 


Kimberly Douglass & Lacy Smith hosted the meeting. They served chili with cheese, cake and Lemonade.


Deputy Chief Bill McCarthy was present to introduce several police officers and to promote his upcoming run for sheriff.

Kevin King from City Inspections related the problems with empty houses and graffiti.

Sgt. Brent Harris discussed kits to be used fro identification of children for parents if the kids turn up missing. Flyers and kits were passed among those present.


Nadine Hogate presented a picture gallery of past and present work accomplished in the Capitol East Neighborhood.

Our treasurer, Jean Schooley, was not present due to surgery. We wish her well.

The theme next month is "What I most want to accomplish in my neighborhood".
