Welcome to Our First News Letter

We will be starting a news letter and updating it monthly. It will be on this web site and a hard copy by the front gate. If you have any information, articles or news you wish to share, please e-mail Bill or Melinda DeCastro at fruehauf@idworld.com or drop it off at our house at 1210 Canyon Brook.

An audit of the homeowners account has been completed by the homeowners finance committee.

The board members are working on budgets for the remainder of this year and for year 2001.

A homeowners meeting was scheduled for Sept. 12th at Ryans Steak House, but has been postponed. A new date as not been set yet.

The landscape committee met and is working on estimates for the sprinkler systems
at the front entrance and park areas. Both systems are not operating properly and currently require manual-hand watering. A plan to beautify the entrance is also underway. This will be startewd once the sprinkler sytem is repaired. Anyone wishing to donate plants or shrubs should contact Bill or Melinda DeCastro at 493-6964 or fruehauf@idworld.net

Juan Zuelchner is completing the current issue of the Homeoners Directory. If you have any changes or are not sure you are on the list contact Juan at 408-1992.

PROUD PARENTS:

Dr Steve Harrison and his wife Rene are now proud parents. Taylor Stephen was born Sept. 5th. All are now home and doing well. The biggest change is catching up on their sleep and adjusting to their new charge in life. Congratulations to you both!!
