The Community Add-a-Link and Add-a-Page features appeared to be open to anyone this afternoon, but are not working this evening. Now they just refer you to send a message to the site coordinator.

I had a similar experience with the Meet Your Neighbors option. It does not accept new entries and doesn't even display the names that were listed there yesterday.
