Meeting Facilitators: Wally Bryan & Linda Grubbs

I. Introduction of facilitators and attendees and discussions of why they attended.

II. Agenda items: Election of Officers, Election of Board of Directors, Drafting Articles of Incorporation, Adoption of By-Laws, Official name of Neighborhood Association

III. Official name of the neighborhood association is "Canton Pike Neighborhood Association" by majority vote of attendees.

IV. Election of Officers/Executive Committee by majority vote of attendees:
President - Danita Thomas (After Sylvester Moore declined)
Vice Pres. - Sylvester Moore (Declined Pres. but accepted VP)
Secretary - Yolanda Rennalls
Treasurer - Linda Ganster
Member at Large - Bruce Kendrick

V. Election of Board of Directors by majority vote of attendees:
Sylvester Moore
Laverge Metcalfe-Sykes
Linda Ganster
Danita Thomas
Willie Howard
Eva West
Cameron Mitchell

VI. Newly elected Officers will serve until the end of the current fiscal year that runs concurrent with the City Fiscal year that ends June 07. Subsequent officers will remain in office until elections are held annually in accordance with the fiscal year end.

VII. Articles of Incorporation were discussed and adopted. Linda Grubbs will type and bring back for final approval.

VIII. By-Laws were discussed and adopted. Linda Grubbs will type and bring back for final approval.
