In preparation for the gas lease tomorrow I would like to know that if during the lease discussions the subject: '' Does the square footage of your property to determine the overall size include half the road or street in front and back of ones property?'' In addition, the size of my lot is grossly understated. Who has the final say? Thanks for your attention

I believe that the city owns the road. Your property tax statement/survey should show you what your acreage is. If you do not believe it is correct than you can work to have it corrected to reflect the right amount. Warning, your taxes may go up as a result.

The size of my lot is also grossly understated and Daqle Resources has not responded to my e-mails. I have been told thjat they will not correct any mistakes and that this is a "take it or leave it" situation. Does any know of a recourse available to homeowners?

Trying to find out if we can sign up late for the gas lease?  Anyone with this information or would I have to try and contact Brian?
