Handyman work for a software developer

My name is Erik Little and I live at 3110 Brook Glen Dr. I've worked on one software program for 2 1/2 years and next month I'll be finished.

I am 41 year old and worked the construction industry for over 25 years. 

Right now I am in need of small painting or handy jobs to help with my startup cost and medical bills.

I'm very good at what I do as far as software and construction, it just so happens that the last 2 1/2 years have taken its toll on my pocket book and I need a few little jobs to help get me over this hump. I'm not looking to take on anything bigger than painting rooms, ceiling fans, plumbing, extra small flooring work, wash dishes ;) and or small handy man work.

I'm willing to work at 25% lower than the going rate, plus you would be making a huge difference in my life.
