HEALTH INSURANCE FOR ALL TEXAS STUDENTS
All Texas families with uninsured children are eligible for assistance in getting health insurance through TexCare Partnership. The program your children qualify for will be based on your family size and your ability to pay. The benefits are designed specifically to cover the needs of children and include immunizations, well-child visits, prescriptions, eyeglasses and hearing aids. For more information you can call 1-800-647-6558 or visit their web site at www.texcarepartnership.com/chip. You can apply for the insurance over the phone, Internet, or call your child's school.
