Register Now for City of Auburn June Art Camps

Registration is currently being held for Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center Summer Art Camps. The Auburn Arts Association and Chichi Lovett, professor and camp coordinator, have prepared outstanding summer programs which kick off in June.

Below is a list of camps available for the month of June:

Art for Young Children, a camp for children 4 - 6 years, will be held June 9 - 11 from 10 a.m. - Noon. The cost is $40 per child.

The Visual Art Workshops for Children, a camp for children 7 years and older, will be held June 1 - 5 from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The cost is $60 per child ($50 each additional child).

The Young Artist Atelier, a camp for children 12 - 15 years, will be held June 8 - 12 from 10 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. This particular camp is held in conjunction with the Jule Collins Smith Museum. The cost is $75 per child.

Spots for all camps remain available until full. Payment is due in full at time of registration. For additional information about June, July and August art camps or registration, please call 501-2963.
