Next board meeting is July 28th, 2005. Residents concerns are the first 30 min of the meeting which starts at 7:00 pm. Residents have three min to discuss their issues. Maintenence issues need to be called in to the office ahead of time. Do you need to figure out something in advance or have issues, email me. Thank you.

Resident Meetings

Tom I think this website is a great way to increase our communications. Do we have up-to-date addresses, phones, emails, etc on all of our members including those who are absentee? There seems to be a lack of confidence about their part in our process. If we knew what communications were available I hope we could at least send them minutes or newsletters. What is done now?
