Cabrillo Park Neighborhood Association

I have seen other neighborhood associations promote a Citizens Patrol to deter illegal activities around parks. Many neighbors have complained about drinking and drug use around Cabrillo Park. If there is enough interest we can provide training on being an observer and how to report illegal activity to work with the police and be the most affective.

I agree with you Ron. If we are going to complain then we need to find ways to solve the problem. Instead complaining. Bring these issues up at neighborhood meetings. Make the call to the necessary agency and complain. You can not be heard and problems cannot be solved if you don't speak up.
